The Borderline was an intimate Soho basement venue that, since 1985, has hosted the likes of Debbie Harry, Rage Against the Machine, Pearl Jam (4th of February 1992), Blur (8th of January 1990), PJ Harvey (22nd of October 1991), R.E.M. (two days after the release of Out Of Time), The Verve (30th of January 1992), Jeff Buckley (15th of March 1994), Muse, Ben Harper, Amy Winehouse, Lenny Kravitz, Oasis, Mick Jagger, Sheryl Crow and Eric Clapton.

Pindar of Wakefield/The Water Rats
Here, in December 1962, a young (and not yet famous) Bob Dylan gave his first English folk performance.
Later, on the 4th of October 1982 The Pogues played their first gig here. Oasis debut performance in London also took place at the venue on 27 January 1994.
Barfly/The Monarch
Prior to 2000, the Barfly/Camden Assembly had been known as The Monarch, a pub which had hosted live music gigs since the 80’s and during the 90’s became a regular venue for (mostly Britpop) bands, such as Oasis, Bloc Party, Coldplay to name but a few.
The Garage
Pulp was the first big name to play The Garage in May 1993. The Killers, Jack White, Mumford & Sons, Suede, Green Day, Muse, Arctic Monkeys, Franz Ferdinand, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, and Oasis, to name a few, came in their wake over the years.
Marquee Club – Part #3
In 1988 the Marquee Club was forced to move here at 105 Charing Cross Road, where the former Cambridge Circus Cinematograph Theatre once was.
This site was subsequently bought for redevelopment and the club closed in 1996. It now hosts a JD Wetherspoon pub.
Astoria Theatre
One of London’s greatest and most beloved music venues of all time!
